I guess I'm in need of another update. I've moved up to Houghton, MI and I'll be starting my Master's degree in Forest Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology in January. I'll be up here doing research all summer, and then in the Fall I'm going to be studying abroad in Finland and Sweden for a semester each. I think I start out in Finland and then go to Sweden, but I don't remember. I've started teaching myself Finnish, and so far I know some animals, colors, greeting, and days of the week. I knew them yesterday at least, I'll have to quiz myself when I get back to my apartment this evening. Right now I'm sitting at the lab computer waiting for

I don't really like it. I find it difficult to navigate, I'm not on here all that much so maybe I just have to get used to it. Quick update: -I graduated! I have a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Yes, that is just one degree. -I'm working in East Lansing this summer so I stay with friends during the week and drive home for the weekend. -I almost bought a convertible, but then they changed the deal so I gave it back. -I ride my bike 40 minutes to and from work. And I LOVE it! I get to enjoy all the wonderfulness out being outside, whereas if I had a car I would probably just drive to work and then back and not spend enough tim

My spring break was last week. I got to have a whole week off from school! (Which may not have actually been a good thing because I was up all Sunday night doing school work.) But aside from that I had a very relaxing weekend. AND I was so very happy that Bryce's spring break was at the same time as mine! So of course we had to make some plans! We decided that we were going to travel to Akron, Ohio to see a string quartet that was playing a piece from Bryce's favorite composer, Philip Glass. The ride down there was nice and easy. We got there early, checked into the hotel (after having some difficulty finding the it since it was MIS-MARKED a
